1. What Vunalto offers

Vunalto is a general wellbeing tool that organizes information about meals, habits, workouts and fasting. Some features use artificial intelligence to produce estimates and educational suggestions.

2. Not a diagnosis or a prescription

A photo does not measure portions or nutrients with clinical precision. Scores, calories, macros, projections and suggestions can be wrong. The service does not provide diagnosis, consultation or professional follow-up. See a physician, dietitian, psychologist, exercise professional or emergency care whenever the situation calls for it.

Severe allergies, pregnancy, eating disorders, medication use and clinical conditions require individual professional guidance. Do not make a treatment decision based on the app alone.

3. Your account

An account is required to enter the personal areas of the app. Sign-up asks for a valid email, your full name and a WhatsApp number: used for identification, support and operational notices about the account, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping these details current, for keeping your password safe and for reporting misuse. You can edit your contact details and close the account in Account and data.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• upload another person's photo or data without authorization;
• game verifications, Vunalto Credits, limits or security mechanisms;
• automate abusive requests, exploit flaws or disrupt the service;
• use the product for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Content and sharing

You remain responsible for the content you upload and for what you choose to share. Public cards are designed to leave out known sensitive data, but you should review the image before publishing it. Do not put personal data in nicknames or free-text fields.

6. Plans and Vunalto Credits

When the Pro subscription is available, the Plans page will show the price, billing cycle, total and provider before confirmation. Stripe uses hosted checkout. Pagar.me, for payments in Brazil, tokenizes the card directly between your browser and the provider and may also offer boleto; CPF and billing address are required in that flow. The subscription renews on the selected cycle until it is canceled through the channel stated for that provider. An option will open only when its cancellation path is available. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Vunalto Credits are internal engagement points: not currency, a financial asset, money or a promise of economic benefit.

7. Availability and changes

We may fix, limit, suspend or remove features for maintenance, security or compliance. Features labeled as a demo, a scenario or still being defined do not guarantee a specific outcome and are not part of a contracted service.

8. Responsibility

You decide how to use the information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vunalto is not liable for clinical decisions, indirect losses or use that goes against the notices in these terms. Nothing here reduces mandatory consumer rights.
